thank you cards

I’m finally done printing these thank you cards!! Isn’t it crazy how different the ink looks on each of the different card stock colors?! Especially on the pink the ink just seemed to take on a life of its own. Something I definitely didn’t expect, but a fun surprise nonetheless. I absolutely love the pearlescent inks I used for this project – lemon drop and aqua – and the metallic silver and gold which give the cards a really cool sheen and bring the wind-up toys to life!
Justin was commenting (when we first looked at the drafts!) how much the color of the paper makes each card have a life of its own. Also, just the bright paper plays tricks on your eyes so you perceive one color as completely different! They look so good. Can’t believe you printed them all yourself! They look so professional and clean!
